How it all works
Enjoy the convenience of having three cases of River Rock Estate’s wine delivered to your door during a twelve month period! From stunning Pinot Noirs and impressive aromatic white wines, the River Rock Estate Wine Club is a great way to keep you cellar (or fridges) stocked with beautiful Central Otago wines.
Exceptional value for money – approx 15% - 20% off recommended retail pricing (RRP) on regular wine shipments and special pricing for additional purchases from the tasting room.
Flat rate courier fee ($15.00) for delivery within New Zealand – applies to all regular shipments and any additional purchases (3 bottles minimum).
No joining fee or additional costs.
Which wines will be included in each shipment?
Your membership entitles you to three deliveries per year (every four months from your first subscription delivery) of one of the following (6 or 12 bottle) cases of River Rock Estate wine.
The Pinot Noir case will be a selection from our range of pinot noir wines. We will choose from current releases and may include older vintages.
The Pinot Gris/Sauvignon case will be a selection from our range of pinot gris and sauvignon blanc wines. We will choose from current releases and may include older vintages.
The Mixed case will be specially selected to include both pinot noirs, pinot gris and white wines with a mix of vintages and styles and may occasionally include a bottle of Tommy Cooper Barrel Aged Port.
When will my shipment arrive?
Shipments are delivered three times each twelve calendar months from the date your subscription starts. Each case will be couriered direct to your nominated delivery address.
How does it work?
The first case of wine will be dispatched within 7-10 days upon membership sign up. We will email you prior to the scheduled dispatch of your wines. The cost of each shipment will be charged to the credit card submitted with your subscription purchase. Payment will be processed prior to shipping. You are obliged to notify Burn Cottage Vineyard of any changes to delivery address or credit card details.
Can I join if I live overseas?
Yes. We welcome members from around the world, although international freight charges will be passed on. International shipping rates are available at the Tasting Room or you may email us if you would like to check on costs for your destination (*NB local duties, taxes and other statutory charges may be incurred in addition to freight). Online subscription is only available in NZ, please contact us for overseas Wine Club offers.
Can I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your subscription through your customer account. There is no termination charge after receipt of the 3rd Wine Club shipment. In the event of early termination, your credit card will be charged for any discounts received as a member. Membership is non-refundable, or transferable.
